About Fusion
AI made software fast. We built Fusion so you can trust it.
AI can now write software faster than anyone can check it. So the question is trust. Can you trust what the AI built? Can you prove it to your auditors, your board and your users?
Why we built Fusion
Delivery lost its connection to the business.
Twenty years of “Big Agile” pulled delivery away from the business. Teams turned the work into tickets, but lost the connection to the business process and the domain design. Poor design needed more and more architectural complexity. Now AI adds code faster on top of that complexity.
We took a different route. With the introduction of AI, we went back to first principles and transformed how working enterprise software is delivered and maintained. The result is a significant improvement in four areas:
- quality and maintainability
- agility and cost
- stakeholder engagement and user feedback loops
- security, governance and compliance
Our mission
Radically improve how enterprise software is delivered and maintained, and return system sovereignty to our customers.
System sovereignty means that your data, your data model and your business logic are yours, on the hosting that you choose.
What we believe
01
The big SaaS platforms are now legacy.
Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics were built before AI, to solve a different set of problems. Their proprietary, multi-tenant architectures were built for “clicks, not code”, and they are now 20 to 30 years old.
How we move these systems to Fusion02
No tollgate on your own data.
You already pay for your LLMs. A platform vendor must not charge you a tollgate fee each time those LLMs access your own data and your own business logic.
How Fusion reconnects the work
Each change connects from the problem to the code.
The Fusion SDLC, combined with the Fusion Platform, reconnects the work. Each change starts from the problem to solve and the benefits to deliver. The change then connects through the business process and its participants, to the domain model, and to the code.

The Fusion SDLC
The discipline, back in every change
Fusion builds the lifecycle into the work: the roadmap, the workflow gates, the specs, system testing and user testing. AI makes the full lifecycle affordable on every change, not only on the projects with the largest budgets. Each artefact traces to the one before it. The work itself produces the audit trail, so nobody has to assemble it before a release.

Built for AI, not for clicks
The platform gives you what low-code platforms promise: records, workflows, screens and analytics, ready to use. But we built it from the start for AI in the delivery pipeline, on open-source foundations. The platform does not carry decades of proprietary architecture built for “clicks, not code”. For the same application, the AI writes about 90% less code on Fusion than it does from scratch. The result is better performance, agility and maintainability.
